A Tesla robot in Texas attacked an engineer, causing injuries, reports Daily Mail. The robot allegedly assaulted a person working on the software of two Tesla robots. It pressed the man and then latched onto him with metal claws on his back and arm. A bloody trail was left on the factory floor. Emergency shutdown buttons had to be pressed by factory workers.
