An opportunity is coming up to learn more about Lynn’s history of Jewish heritage in a talk. As a port and regional trading centre, Lynn has seen waves of immigration over centuries. This has made the town a melting pot of cultures, languages and religions. Marsha Parker from the Jewish Cemetery Friends’ Association will be giving a talk about Jewish heritage in Lynn from 1080 all the way up to present day – as part of Lynn’s Civic Society’s lectures.
