Sheffield Wednesday released Juan Delgado at the end of last season, after just one year in S6. Sheffield Wednesday signed Juan Delgado, 31, on a free transfer last summer, reuniting with former Owls boss Xisco Munoz. Munoz had previously managed Delgado at Spanish outfit Gimnastic in 2016 and the Chilean was available on a free transfer after being let go by Portuguese outfit Pacos Ferreira.
