Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a security pact with the European Union providing long-term assurances, at a summit of EU leaders in Brussels on Thursday. Zelensky signed the accord in a ceremony along with European Council President Charles Michel and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.
