The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) has confirmed it has completed its investigation into the crash which killed Birchanger great-grandmother Helen Holland. Last week, her grieving family marked the first anniversary of her death after the 81-year-old was involved in a collision with a Metropolitan police motorcyclist who was part of a royal motorcade, escorting Sophie, the Duchess of Edinburgh.
