The 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, France, are officially underway. The Opening Ceremony of the Games took place at 7:30 p.m. local time (1:30 p.m. Eastern Time) on Friday, July 26. But some sports — specifically soccer, rugby, archery and handball — started a few days before.
