Michael Madsen’s domestic violence case has been thrown out. The ‘Reservoir Dogs’ star was taken into custody in Malibu, California, on 17 August and arrested on a charge of misdemeanour domestic battery following an incident with his 64-year-old estranged wife DeAnna, but the Los Angeles District Attorney has now told TMZ the case has been declined for filing due to insufficient evidence.
