Residents of Russia have claimed that the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked the Glubokinskaya oil depot in the Kamensky district of Russia’s Rostov region, according to Russian Telegram channels. The Russian SHOT channel reported powerful explosions heard over the region around 2:45 a.m. (according to the Moscow time zone). At approximately the same time, residents of Novoshakhtinsk, Aksay, and western parts of Rostov also reported hearing explosions.
