A cancer support group has received more than £4,000 in funding, and launched sessions at a new venue. Newark Cancer Support Group, run by Macmillan, has received £4,125 from the National Lottery Community Fund, which will help it advertise and run its sessions — including covering the cost of refreshments and activities for attendees.
