In the Kholodnohirskyi district, seven people were injured, and apartments on the top floor of a nine-story residential building were partially destroyed. Another six people were injured in the first wave of the Russian attack late on Oct. 27, which targeted Kharkiv’s Saltivskyi and Shevchenkivskyi districts. Three apartment buildings, an administrative building, a private residence, an outbuilding and a hotel were damaged. Emergency rescue operations are underway.
