Rangers have rejected a fresh bid from Galatasaray for left-back Ridvan Yilmaz as the Ibrox side close in on Brazilian alternative Jefte. According to reputable Turkish journalist Yagiz Sabuncuoglu of Sports Digitale, Galatasaray had tabled an initial offer of €3m (£2.5m) plus add-ons ahead of Rangers’ clash with St Mirren.
