Kuala Lumpur [Malaysia], March 27 (ANI): Highlighting India’s efforts to resolve the Russia-Ukraine conflict, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said that India has had the opportunity to talk to Moscow “very frankly and bluntly” on the issue.
