A woman was struck and killed on Saturday by an NJ Transit train in Bergen County, officials said in a statement. The female pedestrian was hit while “in the vicinity” of New Bridge Landing station in River Edge around 4:45 p.m., the statement said. It was the Pascack Valley Line train 2118.
