Nova Post’s network in Ukraine continues to expand, and now it consists of 12,100 branches and 18,000 post offices. This is more than 30,000 service points where customers can use the company’s convenient and fast services. And it is currently the most accessible network in the country.
“Being closer to every Ukrainian, wherever they are, is one of Nova Poshta’s strategic priorities. We constantly monitor customer requests to open new branches and post offices, analyze trends in people’s movements and open service points where people need them. Our goal is to make all our branches and post offices accessible to people within walking distance to make it convenient for them,” says Oleksandr Bulba, CEO of Nova Post.
Since the beginning of the year, the company has installed 2,700 new post offices and opened 770 branches. The most active growth of the network took place in Kyiv, Lviv, Chernivtsi, and Ivano-Frankivsk regions. In addition, the company opened 344 new branches and post offices in the frontline areas in Kharkiv, Odesa, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, Kherson, and Dnipro regions.
By the end of the year, Nova Post plans to increase its network to 36,000 service points.
