An Elvis impersonator from Michigan has been arrested after police say he was caught with a 16-year-old runaway teen from New York in a Pennsylvania motel. Matthew James Chantelois, 45, of Dearborn Heights, Michigan, has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Erie on federal charges relating to the sexual exploitation of children.
