An Oklahoma man was sentenced to 120 months imprisonment, followed by three years of supervised release for Assault with Intent to Commit Murder in Indian Country. According to the Department of Justice, in June of 2022, Martin Andrew Breshears, 56, Tulsa, assaulted the wheelchair-confined victim on two separate occasions. The first assault was with a brick.
