One day after his world record over 1,000 metres, US speed-skating’s rising star Jordan Stolz just missed another record at the speed-skating World Cup in Salt Lake City. The 19-year-old triple world champion won the 1,500 metres on Saturday in 1:40.87 minutes, just 0.7 seconds off the world record set by Dutchman Kjeld Nuis.
