Tokyo [Japan], July 28 (ANI): External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Sunday unveiled the bust of Mahatma Gandhi at Freedom Plaza in Edogawa, Tokyo on the sidelines of the Quad Foreign Ministers meeting.
