Hisar (Haryana) [India], September 28 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday made a strong attack on Congress in poll-bound Haryana, accusing it of speaking “lies” to people, corruption and “betrayal” of farmers, and said the BJP government in the state has worked for all sections of society.
