Power is set to change hands in Lithuania after a solid victory for the opposition Social Democrats in parliamentary elections. Party leader Vilija Blinkevičiūtė said she plans to form a centre-left alliance to govern the country. “We, the Social Democrats, have won a historic victory,” Blinkevičiūtė said on Monday.
