A violent rapist has been given two life sentences after brutally attacking a sex worker. Thomas Mulroy forced the woman to perform sexual acts and told her she needed to “play the game” if she wanted to “walk out alive”, a court heard. The incident happened on March 27, 2021, after the defendant lured her to his flat in New Road, Chatham, to “kill time” before she started work for the night.
