Officials of the Anambra State Independent Electoral Commission (ANSIEC) are yet to arrive at polling units in parts of the state, DAILY POST can authoritatively report. ANSIEC had informed journalists on Friday that the election would commence at 8 a.m. and close by 4 p.m., but as of 8:50 a.m., officials were yet to arrive at polling units in most parts of the state.
