Taipei [Taiwan], July 28 (ANI): Taiwan’s Ministry of National Defence has reported a surge in activity by China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA) near the Taiwan Strait, as nine People’s Liberation Army Navy (PLAN) vessels were detected.
