Ahead of Tuesday’s cut deadline, the NFL placed Cleveland Browns defensive tackle Mike Hall on the commissioner’s exempt list. The decision comes after the former Ohio State star’s arrest for domestic violence earlier this month. Hall is entering his rookie season with the Browns after going in the second round of the 2024 NFL Draft.
