A MOTORIST was caught behind the wheel after drinking more than twice the legal limit. Sandeep Brar appeared in the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, January 2. The 35-year-old, of Normoor Road, Burghfield Common, admitted driving a Volkswagen Tiguan on the A329M at Reading on December 10 last year after drinking more than the legal limit. Tests showed 87mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in his system. The legal limit is 35mcg. Mr Brar was fined £600.
