Nigerian boxer Cynthia Temitayo Ogunsemilore has tested positive for a banned substance “in an apparent anti-doping rule violation,” the International Testing Agency (ITA) in charge of Olympic drugs tests said on Sunday. She returned a sample with an adverse analytical finding for furosemide, which is classified as a banned diuretic or masking agent by the World Anti-Doping Agency.
