The former head of a Colombian paramilitary group has returned to Colombia almost 16 years after his extradition to the US. Immigration officials and international police organization Interpol received Salvatore Mancuso, former commander of the demobilized paramilitary United Self-Defence Forces of Colombia (AUC), in Bogotá on Tuesday, according to authorities.
