The death toll from Friday’s terrorist attack on a concert hall near Moscow has risen to 143, according to a list published by the Russian civil defence authorities late Wednesday. The Health Ministry had previously registered 140 dead. Health Minister Mikhail Murashko said there were still 80 victims of the attack being treated in hospitals in Moscow and the surrounding area, including six children.
