King Charles met with the President of Latvia in a private audience at Buckingham Palace. The monarch was pictured shaking hands and posing for pictures with Edgars Rinkevics this afternoon. Charles wore a light grey suit, a matching pink and grey patterned tie and a blue and white pocket handkerchief.
