By Lars Mucklejohn Two individuals have received suspended prison sentences for making £3m worth of fraudulent mortgage applications following a prosecution brought by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Larry Barreto and Tassib Hussain were found guilty of fraud offences in November after the FCA commenced criminal proceedings against the pair in April 2021.
