Harvey Weinstein has been taken to hospital days after being moved to a New York jail. The 72-year-old’s health woe comes days after a court ordered a new trial over his 2020 conviction for rape. Despite the court’s decision, Weinstein remains in jail because he was convicted in 2022 of another rape in Los Angeles. His lawyer announced his hospital stint on Saturday evening soon after Weinstein was moved to the jail. He was rushed to Bellevue Hospital in Manhattan.
