WINTER HAVEN, Fla. – A 27-year-old man from Winter Haven is charged with a third-degree felony for brandishing a gun at another vehicle after losing his temper in a Burger King parking lot. According to the Winter Haven Police Department, on Tuesday at approximately 4:35 p.m., 27-year-old Brandon Williams was pulling into the Burger King parking lot located at 205 Cypress Gardens Blvd. in Winter Haven.
