Staff and residents at a care home have been busy as bees raising awareness for one of the world’s most important insects. Hickathrift House in Marshland St James has been celebrating World Bee Day with tons of activities over the last week. Created by the United Nations, the day is celebrated annually across the globe to increase people’s knowledge of the role bees play in our lives.
