The council is appealing for help to catch suspected fly-tippers after waste was dumped in the town earlier this month. On Friday, February 16, waste and fence panels were dumped at garages in Windermere Close, Dartford. The local authority is asking the public to identify the individuals and vehicle pictured to help its investigation.
