Newcastle United need to raise money. Thankfully, it doesn’t look as if either Bruno Guimaraes nor Alexander Isak will be leaving despite that very fact. Newcastle look set to keep Guimaraes after the release clause in his contract expired, while there is hope Isak will soon sign a new deal at St James’ Park. That of course is a huge boost for the club, with the idea of either departing so soon into the PIF project a particularly concerning one.
