PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – A Seffner man is facing charges of vehicular homicide and DUI manslaughter after a fatal head-on collision on State Road 56 early Saturday morning. According to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), Kevin Jomell Marshall, 37, was driving a Dodge Durango westbound in the eastbound lanes of SR-56 near Morris Bridge Road when he collided nearly head-on with a Chevy Silverado.
