Armelo Boone (’25) is bringing his talents west of his hometown. The 6’4 senior guard out of Lexington committed to Western Kentucky University earlier this month. Boone was a key player for the Frederick Douglass Broncos during the 2023-24 season. He led his team with 582 points on the season, averaging 20.8 points per game and 6.4 boards per game while shooting 48.2% from the field.
