Newcastle United star Anthony Gordon may soon be let off the leash for England at Euro 2024. At this stage, it remains unclear as to whether or not Gordon will start for the Three Lions on Sunday but the Newcastle forward would appear to have a chance. Indeed, Phil Foden was absent for training this week having returned home for the birth of his third child and Gordon did finally get on the pitch during the drab draw with Slovenia on Tuesday.
