A pub customer who “fell in love” with a party of learning disabled people and their support workers out for lunch made it a day to remember – by anonymously paying their bill. The group of 10 from the local day service run by Ugley-based learning disability charity Hft (formerly Home Farm Trust) ventured out for lunch at the Port Jackson in Bishop’s Stortford last Friday (February 23).
