Leeds United are frantically trying to get new signings through the door and according to the latest reports, a second bid for Gustavo Hamer has just been rejected by Sheffield United. Leeds are set to complete the signing of Japan star Ao Tanaka from Dusseldorf to ease the lack of depth in midfield. But, Hamer is the club’s no.1 target after bidding £13m over the weekend for the Blades ace. That was rejected, with Sheffield United requesting a fee of £18m for the Brazil-born star.
