New Delhi [India], April 29 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Monday issued notice to Enforcement Directorate (ED) on former Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren’s plea seeking interim relief in a money laundering case. A bench of justices Sanjiv Khanna and Dipankar Datta listed the matter for the second week of May to hear Soren’s plea. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court said that the Jharkhand High Court may pronounce the order in Soren’s plea challenging his arrest in a money laundering case.
