Former President Donald Trump’s most recent campaign speeches are not nearly as succinct or energetic as they once were, and riddled with gaffes, according to a new National Public Radio review. The 78-year-old Trump’s speeches are marked by “lower energy” and also a tendency to go off on “nonsensical tangents,” NPR reported Tuesday.
