State Rep. Lucas Lanigan (R-Sanford) turned himself into the York County Jail Monday morning after a warrant was out for his arrest. The warrant for Lanigan was for one count of domestic violence aggravated assault, which was based on reports given to the Sanford Police Department on Friday.
