A Jersey City man sexually abused a 9-year-old girl multiple times, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said, Nestor Moreno, 28, was arrested Thursday by the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit and charged with second-degree sexual assault by contact and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
