The Diia development team is working to add six important new features, including Notification of connection issues. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister Mikhail Fedorov.

In his opinion, high-quality mobile communication is one of the basic needs of Ukrainians. Especially in a full-scale war, it is important to stay in touch to call your family, find out about an air raid alert or call an ambulance.

“We are working to ensure that Ukrainians can report communication problems to Diia. To do this, you will just need to put a dot on the map, even if you are offline. Once you are online, the telecom regulator will receive information about communication problems,” said Fedorov.

As a reminder, the communications regulator is the National Commission for the State Regulation of Electronic Communications, Radio Frequency Spectrum and Postal Services, or NCEC for short.

After receiving the request, the NCEC will analyze the feedback and decide where to check and improve the quality of communication.
