The Union City police chief and a YouTube blogger focused on alleged corruption in the city have filed misdemeanor complaints against each other after a kerfuffle earlier this month at an event hosted by the city’s mayor. Anthony Facchini, a longtime veteran of the city’s police force, filed a complaint against Leonard Filipowski, known by his stage name Leroy Truth, for harassment and simple assault. Filipowski filed a complaint of harassment against the chief. Both cases are scheduled to be heard in municipal court April 2, but it’s likely the cases will be moved out of Union City. Penalties…
