A health alert for heat will come into force from 9am, with the government warning vulnerable people could be at risk. The Yellow warning has been put into place by the UK Health Security Agency for the whole South East and is expected to stay until 11pm on Wednesday. Temperatures could reach 27C in the county today and rise even higher to 30C tomorrow.
