TAMPA, Fla. – Four people have been arrested after an early morning altercation resulted in shots fired in the SOHO area of Tampa. According to police, shortly after 2:30 am, officers on specialty patrol in the SOHO area were responding to a fight when they heard shots fired nearby and immediately responded to the gunfire. During the investigation, officers learned the incident started with a fight among several adults in a parking lot on the corner of South Howard Avenue and DeLeon Street.
