Ohio State quarterback Will Howard was injured late in the first half of the Buckeyes game against Michigan State in East Lansing. Howard was drilled in the chest by a Michigan State defender and was slow to get up. Shortly after, he was tended to by trainers, before heading to the sidelines. Ohio State decided to put backup quarterback Devin Brown in the game, and he threw a touchdown pass to star freshman Jeremiah Smith. Here is a picture of the play here.
