Quincy Allen, a serial killer who claimed to have embarked on a killing spree after growing impatient waiting for his first assignment as a mafia hitman, has been resentenced to life in prison without parole. Allen, 44, had previously been sentenced to death for the 2002 murders of Dale Hall and Jedediah Harr in South Carolina.
